“Ohzu-Jo” is located in Ehime prefecture.
“Utsunomiya Toyofusa”, who was a military governor in Kamakura era constructed the castle in 1331. Four Japanese architectures in this castle were designated as important cultural properties. The management group of this castle holds a special event for the guests; they can change themselves into old “Samurai”. It cost 500 yen to rend a costume: Samurai armor, Kinagashi or Kimono.
If you come to Ehime, why don’t you wear Japanese traditional costume and take a picture for souvenir?
