Buri-daicon is a Japanese stew styled dish with fish and Japanese white radish seasoned with soy source.

Buri fish is Amberjack, and Dai-con is Japanese white radish.It is one of the most popular home-made dishes made by mothers. In these days, however, they have been becoming unfamiliar with cooking fish. Instead, it has become one of the most popular dish served by Japanese restaurants and izakaya pubs, or Japanese styled ones mainly in midwinter.
