Kinpira Gobō is one of the side dishes of Japanese foods.
It was salty-sweet, and this fried the materials which I made fine strips using sugar and soy sauce. It is a salty-sweet dish made by cutting ingredients into thin strips and stir-frying them with sugar and soy sauce. It is commonly used to cook root vegetables such as carrot, gobō and lotus root.
The crisp bite of Kinpira Gobō is so good and it is so healthy because it need meat or much oil and you can eat much vegetables.
